What areas do you service?
We're based in Fort Lauderdale and our primary service area is Broward County. We occasionally take events just outside the county depending on availability — reach out and we'll let you know.
What is the order minimum?
For onsite weekend installations (Thursday - Sunday) there is a $600 minimum.
All orders under our Express Collection are drop off only and have a weekend (Friday-Sunday) order minimum of $250.
Do you require a deposit for booking?
Yes. Once the proposal is approved we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and time.
When do I need to pay the balance?
24 hours before the installation/delivery date.
What is your delivery fee?
Our delivery and installation fees are calculated based on your venue's location, typically ranging from $65 to $150 across Broward County.
How long do the balloons last?
Indoor Installations: When kept in a climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, our professional-grade indoor balloon designs can look great for weeks.
Outdoor installations are designed to look spectacular specifically for the duration of your event day
Can you setup the night before?
Indoor Installations Only: Yes, we certainly can! While timing depends on the specific complexity and venue access for your project, we are usually able to accommodate early setups for indoor designs.
